In my business a timely delivery sometimes is the only thing that
stands between me and my competition. Viewing my truck's activity
throughout the day, I have been able to almost completely eliminate
speeding and driver inactivity on company time.
I have also been able to view
the drivers history in order to help him find better routes in order
to deliver more stops in a day. When a customer is on the phone
wanting an ETA, I can immediately jump to your website and give
the information within seconds. I have also found Tracknet to have
one of the best customer service/tech support help than most companies
I deal with. I know they are a company that I can trust, and that
is one less thing I have to worry about.
